Job summary

Alexandria Insights seeks a Mid-Level Logistics Analyst to support Quantico activities on-site in Stafford, VA. You will assist senior logisticians, develop life cycle plans, and integrate with cross-functional teams to meet budget and schedule constraints.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven maintenance analysis, and publication accuracy, with access to GCSS-MC, L-DART, Catalyst, and MS Office tools. A Secret Clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Familiarity with Marine Corps logistics software and data analysis.
• DAWIA LCL Foundational equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with teams in physical/virtual settings.
• Proficiency with GCSS-MS, L-DART, MS Office, SharePoint, TEAMS.
• Strong inventory, transportation, and logistics operations knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to logistics leadership and teams.
• Develop and review life cycle logistics plans and related documents.
• Contribute to acquisition strategies and schedules.
• Support engineering change proposals and configuration boards.
• Analyze maintenance data and recommend mitigations.
• Ensure accuracy of technical publications and manage them.
• Travel as required and prepare leadership briefings.
• Manage inventory control systems in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain, procurement, and operations.
