Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking an experienced Logistics Analyst to develop and oversee integrated logistics support plans for DoD programs. The role requires coordinating with TACOM and other commands, ensuring fielding readiness, and managing lifecycle logistics from concept through deployment.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of logistics management, field maintenance systems, and training device acquisition, with a Secret clearance and US citizenship. Location is Sterling Heights, MI on-site.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of logistics management concepts, policies, methods and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Army and Marine Corps field maintenance systems and related methods.
• Understanding of logistics milestones to support schedules.
• Knowledge of new vehicle systems and their impact on logistics, training, and supply.
• Budget cycle experience for overhaul/rebuild and provisioning.
• Experience coordinating training device design and acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develops integrated logistics support plans addressing life-cycle planning, maintenance, supply, and TMDE.
• Monitors logistics analysis programs to define support criteria and system requirements.
• Oversees fielding plans and total package fielding milestones with user coordination.
• Develops contract scopes for logistics support from concept to production and evaluates proposals.
• Represents the Program Manager at logistics meetings with industry and government partners.
• Coordinates actions with TACOM, Maintenance, RD&E, and other commands to ensure full support.
• Reviews planning documents for overhaul/rebuild and new procurements and redistribution of assets.
• Directs logistics support for test operations and ensures availability of test vehicles.
• Participates in TACOM task forces to identify and solve logistics problems.
