Job summary

Eagle Analytical in Houston is seeking an IT Coordinator Support to manage IT infrastructure and laboratory software, ensuring data integrity across on-site servers, lab instruments, and office systems. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate upgrades, and provide daily user support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of IT support, systems administration, or laboratory IT experience.
Hands-on experience with servers, network gear, printers, workstations, and storage.
Experience troubleshooting Windows-based systems, software, user accounts, and connectivity.
Familiarity with laboratory software and LIMS like Empower preferred.
Understanding data integrity, audit trails, and regulated laboratory environments (21 CFR Part 11) preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor local servers, Internet infrastructure, and related equipment.
Coordinate software and system upgrades for laboratory instruments and data integrity.
Procure IT equipment for laboratory and office use.
Provide day-to-day troubleshooting for PCs, printers, SharePoint, and other tools.
Collaborate with offsite IT teams and instrument vendors to resolve issues.
Administer user accounts, data archiving, and assist with regulatory compliance.
