Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience supporting complex laboratory or capital projects.
• Experience leading infrastructure initiatives from concept through operational transition.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as REDD's primary representative for laboratory infrastructure projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Partner with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and enterprise teams; deliver executive briefings on status, risks, and execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into facility solutions and engage early in proposal development.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, design, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout activities.
• Review designs and documentation to ensure safety, readiness, and research objectives are met; monitor scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop partnerships across REDD and APL; advise on infrastructure planning and project execution.
• Support program-driven, indirect, and capital infrastructure initiatives; manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate laboratory moves, renovations, and construction to minimize operational impact.
