A leading laboratory informatics consultancy is seeking a Support and System Administrator to provide support for Chromatography Data Systems and other lab informatics products. The candidate should have over two years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting, with excellent communication skills and a background in laboratory operations. This position is based in Northern California, and may require travel for work. We offer a competitive compensation package including salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Two years+ experience supporting laboratory systems in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience with administration and/or support of Waters NuGenesis and/or Waters Empower.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining and supporting current Chromatography Data Systems.
• Providing end user issue support, troubleshooting and resolution.
• Conducting user-training sessions.

Bachelor Degree in chemistry, biology or related discipline
