Job summary

Eurofins Littleton GM position seeks a proactive leader to maintain positive margins and drive annual budgets. The role collaborates with on-site/off-site lab managers and oversees operations at the Littleton facility, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

The GM builds customer relationships, leads testing support when needed, and partners with QA to maintain accreditation, safety, and policy adherence while guiding staff and budgeting decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership experience in a laboratory setting, preferably TIC industry.
• Ability to build consensus and drive accountability across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with FCC, EU, CB-Scheme, OSHA, SCC and other regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory and facility operations to meet budget and margin goals.
• Oversee culture and employee engagement; partner with HR to ensure policy adherence.
• Directly manage lab activities, provide technical support, and assist with testing when needed.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and drive sales growth with Eurofins teams.
• Lead audits and ensure ISO/IEC 17025 compliance and accreditation readiness.
