Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing seeks a seasoned Business Unit Manager to lead laboratory operations, ensure profitability, and align with corporate policies. You will supervise senior staff, manage budgeting, and coordinate with sales and marketing to drive client satisfaction.

The role requires at least 10 years of supervisory and lab operations leadership, and a strong track record in profit growth, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience in laboratory operations.
• Profit/loss accountability of $5M+ or equivalent size operation.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and mathematical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead team, schedule, and train employees.
• Oversee quality, safety, and operational performance.
• Manage budgeting, capital expenses, and P&L.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing for major studies and client needs.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, DOT, OSHA, and DOL regulations.
