System One is seeking a Laboratory Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, MN for a contract role. The position blends onsite and remote work in a hybrid model, with a 37.5 hour workweek and lab-facing responsibilities.

You will manage customer inquiries, coordinate with Sales, QA, and Lab teams, and support digital projects while maintaining strong client relationships. A BS degree and some lab experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• BS degree required; science-related field preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Lab/science experience is a plus
• Experience in a customer-facing role with knowledge of lab industry trends

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone or email and respond within 24 business hours
• Coordinate between customers and External Sales, Sample Handling, Quality Teams, Lab Analysts and Scientists
• Provide quotes for testing and create Mock Nutrition Facts Panels in Genesis
• Submit reruns and additional testing requests through LIMS
• Log all customer communications in Salesforce and monitor dashboard for action items
• Assist with customer information and Echo review when time allows
