Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, label, centrifuge, and distribute specimens for testing.
• Register patients and enter laboratory orders into hospital information systems.
• Demonstrate expertise in specimen collection, handling, and processing requirements.
• Research and resolve customer requests and issues.
• Ensure follow-up and communication regarding patient care concerns.
• Direct workflow and assist team members to meet departmental expectations.
• Train and support laboratory staff as needed.
