Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of laboratory experience.
• Basic computer skills and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage, accession, and process non-gynecologic, gynecologic, and FNA specimens.
• Assist with quality control to ensure instruments and reagents meet performance standards.
• Handle clerical tasks such as answering inquiries and providing results data as required.
• Maintain a safe work environment and handle biohazardous materials per protocol.
• Participate in inventory and ordering management.
• Promote patient satisfaction and customer service values with staff and patients.
• Support training of new staff and ensure proper laboratory logs and quality control.
