SeaWorld Orlando is hiring a Labor Coordinator to support workforce planning, scheduling, and timekeeping operations. You will ensure accurate labor data, create area schedules, and serve as the primary scheduling editor for multiple departments.

You will also audit records for payroll accuracy, maintain labor forecasts, and provide insights to operational leaders. The role requires strong attention to detail, Excel skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic park

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, timekeeping, payroll support, or workforce management.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret labor data and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
