Job summary

SeaWorld Orlando is seeking Ambassadors to support scheduling, labor data integrity, and timekeeping operations. You will analyze labor utilization, create schedules, and ensure payroll accuracy.

You will train ambassadors and leaders on scheduling systems, assist with budgeting, and provide actionable labor insights to operational leaders. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, and possess scheduling or workforce management experience; Excel proficiency is a plus, and a degree in

Qualifications

• Must be able to analyze labor data and trends.
• Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, payroll support, or workforce management preferred.
• Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze labor utilization and staffing patterns to support planning
• Create, disseminate, and revise area schedules per policy
• Serve as scheduling editor for assigned departments
• Serve as timekeeping editor ensuring payroll accuracy
• Audit timekeeping records and verify staff positions for shifts
• Maintain labor forecasts and operational data in LMS
• Identify labor trends and suggest cost-saving improvements
• Prepare line schedules for budgeting and forecasting
• Provide labor reporting and scheduling insights to leaders
• Train ambassadors and leaders on scheduling systems
• Assist with payroll preparation and labor reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned
