The Freeman Company is seeking a Manager Labor Control to lead scheduling and labor relations for show-site events in Las Vegas, NV. The role requires coordinating union and contract labor, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring service excellence for client events.
You should have strong data analytics, communication, and leadership skills, with experience in a multi-site labor workforce and OSHA compliance. This is a full-time, in-office role with on-site show responsibilities.

It is the responsibility of the Manager Labor Control to manage the scheduling and Team Member Relations function within the facility to ensure effective team member/labor relations. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety policies and regulations, holding self and team accountable, actively communicating safety expectations, and supporting continuous improvement in safety practices.

OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
