Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a VP Operations – Labor to plan, control, and direct the safe activities of labor services across the Las Vegas region. This in-person, full-time role oversees workforce planning, scheduling, and fulfillment, while managing union relations and CBAs to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities include budgeting, strategic labor planning, and directing staffing at event sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and direct labor services and labor control functions across the region.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and fulfillment; ensure CBAs are adhered to.
• Drive safety, budgets, and workforce strategy across event sites.
• Lead union relations, contracting, and talent utilization for optimum efficiency.
• Monitor labor data, reporting tools, and cost controls to improve performance.
