Vensure Employer Solutions in the HR technology sector seeks a Labor Relations Specialist to manage day-to-day labor relations activities, contract setup, and maintenance of union rates within our Sports & Entertainment software platform.

You will interact with client teams, unions, and fund offices, interpret contracts, generate reports, and document procedures while collaborating with IT and other departments. On-site presence is essential due to access and collaboration needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills and education.
• 2–3 years of Labor Relations experience in entertainment.
• Experience with Entertainment Union & Guild Agreements.
• Understanding of payroll processes.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain systems in compliance with union contracts and fund requirements.
• Verify client pension, health, and related contribution plans for accuracy.
• Research and resolve contract, billing, and contribution inquiries from clients and unions.
• Collaborate with IT to gather requirements, validate data, and test enhancements.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute reports supporting various stakeholders.
• Maintain contract setup documentation and procedural guides.
• Coordinate contractual updates across departments for consistent implementation.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders on rates and reporting.
• Develop cross-functional processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Create training materials and job aids for Labor Relations and others.
• Support client communications, project coordination, and contract research.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, unions, fund offices, and internal teams.
• Regular on-site attendance is essential for access, collaboration, and security.
