Vensure Employer Solutions in California is seeking a Sr. Paymaster, Sports & Entertainment to manage end-to-end payroll for film, TV, live events, and digital media. You will ensure timely, accurate processing while complying with union contracts, tax laws, and corporate policies.

This role collaborates with production clients and IT to implement payroll systems, generate detailed reports, and support staff development in entertainment payroll.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of payroll experience in entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of SAG-AFTRA, DGA, WGA, IATSE labor rules.
• Proficiency with entertainment payroll software and accounting systems.
• Ability to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.
• Understanding of tax laws and wage regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll for multiple jurisdictions within entertainment projects.
• Ensure compliance with union agreements and tax laws.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports.
