Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience (6–9 years acceptable).
• Experience in labor relations on construction projects ideal.

Responsibilities

• Monitor field project labor practices daily and advise supervisors.
• Support staffing plans, wage trend studies, and craft training.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and site policies.
• Interface with unions, craft workforce, and leadership.
• Produce LR/IR/WFS communications and investigate misconduct.
