Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and PowerBI preferred; familiarity with CHRIS, CARS and timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs research and develops statistical information on productivity and labor trends.
• Prepares staffing forecasts.
• Maintains reference lists and files.
• Ensures LR/IR/WFS activities conform to policies and labor contracts; disseminates progress.
• Monitors field work practices and advises on labor problems.
• Recommends actions to resolve issues to avoid stoppages and delays.
• Works with local and regional building trades reps on process improvements at the jobsite.
• Interfaces with craft workforce, leadership, client and the public.
• Produces LR/IR/WFS communications.
• Supports investigations regarding employee misconduct.
