Qualifications

• Labor relations knowledge in project controls or HR administration
• Experience with CHRIS, CARS, and timekeeping systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Research and develop statistical information on productivity and labor trends
• Prepare staffing forecasts and manage labor relations documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company/site policies
• Communicate with trades representatives to drive process improvements
• Monitor daily field practices and advise on labor issues to avoid delays
• Support investigations into employee misconduct as required
• Produce formal project communications related to LR/IR/WFS activities
