Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related experience in labor relations.
• Experience in managing outside counsel and consultants.
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Advise hospitals on labor relations matters.
• Manage collective bargaining negotiations.
• Support facilities in grievance/arbitration processes.
• Prepare for and respond to strikes and picketing.
• Handle union organizing as necessary.
