Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Labor Relations Representative for a long-term assignment in Cheyenne, WY. This role supports project labor relations, ensures compliance with labor agreements, and liaises between project teams, labor organizations, subcontractors, and workforce services to promote productive relations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR/Labor Relations or related field and 8–14 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and investigation

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of labor agreements and labor law principles.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and investigation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Labor Relations/Business Administration or related field; 8–10 years of experience (or 12–14 years).

Responsibilities

• Support administration and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and project labor agreements.
• Maintain labor relations records, reports, and meeting documentation.
• Assist with workforce planning, staffing coordination, and onboarding.
• Coordinate labor sourcing and hiring hall activities as required.
• Monitor workforce trends and labor availability.
• Interface with craft professionals, supervision, subcontractors, and labor organizations.
• Assist in resolving workplace concerns and grievance processes.
