Responsibilities

• Craft Workforce Engagement: conduct field engagement visits with craft professionals and build positive relations with foremen and supervisors.
• Workforce Communications: develop and distribute workforce bulletins, newsletters, and project updates.
• Recognition and Employee Experience: coordinate recognition programs and employee engagement activities.
• Onboarding and Orientation Support: assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding communications.
• Workforce Listening and Issue Escalation: collect feedback and escalate workforce concerns to Labor Relations.
