• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Represent employers in traditional labor relations matters.
• Provide advice on federal and Maryland workplace laws.
• Handle NLRB charges, elections, and related proceedings.
• Draft and review handbooks, policies and forms for compliance.
• Conduct management training on labor relations and workplace issues.
• Travel as needed.
