Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle unfair labor practice charges at the NLRB.
• Represent management in elections.
• Advise on union organizing and corporate campaigns.
• Negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
• Provide counsel on federal and New York workplace laws.
• Conduct management training and develop compliance programs.
• Manage grievance and arbitration proceedings.
