Job summary

Jackson Lewis PC is seeking a labor law practitioner to represent employers in traditional labor matters and provide counsel on federal and Maryland workplace issues.

You will handle unfair labor practice charges, represent management in NLRB elections, advise on union organizing, corporate campaigns, card checks, and neutrality agreements, and negotiate or counsel on collective bargaining agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience handling unfair labor practice charges and managing NLRB proceedings.
• Advising on federal and Maryland workplace laws and compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred but not required.
