Qualifications

• Approximately 3–7 years of traditional labor law experience.
• Labor arbitration experience.
• Experience handling unfair labor practice proceedings before the NLRB.
• Collective bargaining experience.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead first- and second-chair labor arbitrations.
• Prosecute and defend unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB.
• Advise employers on traditional labor law matters.
• Participate in collective bargaining.
• Counsel employers regarding union organizing and union avoidance matters.
• Work on labor-related disputes and litigation.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices.
