The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of relevant Traditional Labor experience and will represent employers in labor-related matters in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies.

Duties

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of Traditional Labor experience.
• Experience with NLRB representation proceedings and litigation.
• Active bar admission in Washington or Oregon, or ability to waive in.
• Excellent writing skills and strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
