Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a midlevel associate with four to six years of labor, employment, and immigration experience to join our Portland, OR office. The position offers significant client contact and hands-on responsibility to build a sophisticated practice.

You will advise employers, handle traditional labor matters, support NLRB proceedings, draft memoranda, and contribute to business development while collaborating with colleagues across offices.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
• Four to six years of relevant labor and employment experience.
• Experience handling traditional labor matters and advising on labor relations issues.
• Prior experience with the NLRB.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
