Job summary

Marina Sirras & Associates LLC is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate with a labor-relations focus for an AmLaw 100 client in Seattle. The role involves representing employers before state and federal courts and agencies, including the NLRB, on matters such as collective bargaining, labor arbitration, union organizing campaigns, and labor injunctions.

Ideal candidates will have 6–8 years of traditional labor experience, strong writing skills, and be authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 6-8 years of traditional labor experience.
• Experience representing and counseling clients on collective bargaining, labor arbitration, union organizing campaigns, picketing, strikes, and labor injunctions.
• Experience handling Representation proceedings and Unfair Labor Practice investigations and litigation before the NLRB.
• Comfortable counseling clients on employment law compliance, drafting employment agreements, and assisting with employment litigation.
• Experience or knowledge of occupational safety and health, prevailing wage law, and multiemployer benefit plans is a plus.
• Active bar admission in Washington or Oregon, or ability to waive in (ideally admitted or eligible in both jurisdictions).
• Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its expanding Labor & Employment practice in Seattle. This role involves representing employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the NLRB, on matters such as collective bargaining, labor arbitration, union organizing campaigns, and labor injunctions.

The estimated salary range for this position is $305,000 – $330,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
