Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Broad labor relations knowledge and experience with HR systems (CHRIS, CARS) and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Performs research and develops statistical information on productivity and labor trends.
• Prepares staffing forecasts and maintains reference files.
• Ensures compliance with LR/WFS activities per policies and labor contracts.
• Monitors field practice and advises on observed or anticipated labor issues.
• Recommends actions to prevent delays and improve schedules.
• Collaborates with local and regional building trades on process improvements.
• Interfaces with craft workforce, leadership, client, and public.
• Produces written LR/IR/WFS communications.
• Supports investigations regarding employee misconduct per work rules.
