Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc is seeking a Labor Relations Coordinator to support contract administration, grievances, and union relations at the Chicago bakery. The role involves interpreting CBAs, guiding front-line leadership, and ensuring compliance with NLRA and labor laws.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or labor relations, several years of experience in labor relations, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, or a related field.
• Experience with collective bargaining negotiations, grievance administration, and contract interpretation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and NLRA principles.

Responsibilities

• Interpret CBAs and advise managers on application and policies.
• Administer grievance procedures, investigate, and prepare responses.
• Build positive relationships with union representatives and site HR.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and NLRA.
• Develop and deliver training for managers on labor relations topics.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints related to union matters.
• Maintain data on grievances, arbitrations, and labor activities.
