Primoris Services Corp. is seeking a reliable Laborer to support construction and infrastructure projects in Converse, TX. This role involves manual labor, assisting trades, loading/unloading materials, and site preparation. No driving company vehicles is required.

The position requires physical capability, safety awareness, and the ability to work outdoors. Prior construction or manual labor experience is a plus, with a High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, trenching, lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
• Assist skilled tradespersons with tools, materials, and support.
• Load and unload trucks and other vehicles with materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing tools.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Operate small hand and power tools as instructed and trained.
• Assist with the setup and teardown of job sites and temporary structures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or foremen.
