This position requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) such as dump trucks, flatbeds, and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all DOT regulations and company policies. \* Transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites. \* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment, completing necessary documentation. \* Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment. \* Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including but not limited to digging, trenching, lifting, carrying, and clearing debris. \* Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. \* Assist skilled tradespersons as needed. \* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in and around vehicles and on job sites. \* Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. \* Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and other team members.
