Job Overview:The Laborer - Non Driver will assist skilled craft workers with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.Job Responsibilities:**Perform general labor duties such as digging, trenching, shoveling, and raking.Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from vehicles and staging areas.Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including placing cones, barriers, and signage.Operate hand and power tools under supervision, such as drills, grinders, and compactors.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping debris and disposing of waste.Spot for heavy equipment operators to ensure safe movement and placement.Assist with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures and scaffolding.Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or forepersons.Job Qualifications:**High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required.Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and perform strenuous physical tasks in various weather conditions.Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.Commitment to safety and adherence to all company safety policies.Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.Reliable transportation to and from job sites.Company Overview:Primoris is a leading communications contractor with years of knowledge, skills, and experience in multiple areas of expertise, including outside plant construction in both fiber and copper environments as well as fiber splicing and maintenance.
