Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Laborer - Non Driver to support skilled craft workers on construction sites in Creedmoor, TX. You will assist with digging, loading materials, site setup, and equipment operation under supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, following safety protocols, and coordinating with forepersons. A high school diploma is preferred, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in construction or related field is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform strenuous tasks in various weather.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Must work effectively as part of a team and follow safety policies.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties such as digging, trenching, shoveling, and raking.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from vehicles and staging areas.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of construction sites, including placing cones, barriers, and signage.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision (drills, grinders, compactors).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and dispose of waste.
• Spot for heavy equipment operators to ensure safe movement and placement.
• Assist with assembly/disassembly of temporary structures and scaffolding.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or forepersons.
