Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Labor Management Coordinator to support Supply Chain by cleaning LM data, coordinating LM tasks for the DC team, and publishing LM reports that drive operational insights.

The role focuses on accurate reporting of labor hours and providing performance data to DC leaders, with responsibilities across data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Assist the LM Engineer in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Execute Labor Management System daily maintenance tasks.
• Match DC Kronos hours with LM labor hours in coordination with the Area Managers.
• Resolve errors in LMS in coordination with the Engineering Team and the Operations Team.
• Publish Manhattan LM reports and other Excel based reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain LM Boards throughout the DC.
• Support the IT Team when needed in WM/LM Employee setup configuration.
• Interact with other departments to resolve LM data discrepancies.
• Provide accurate, timely LM reporting and KPIs to management.
• Assist in LM/Engineering projects to support DC success and efficiency.
• Participate in trainings to promote labor management understanding.
• Contribute to process improvement from identification to implementation.
• Complete audits to ensure proper LM setup and process compliance.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Distribute communication material for leadership on program status and improvements.
• Attend work regularly as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Labor Management Coordinator will support Supply Chain operations by fulfilling essential Labor Management system data clean-up, coordinating the execution of required LM tasks from the DC Team that maintains data integrity, and publishing and/or posting LM Reports that helps optimize operations. The key focus is ensuring accurate reporting of labor hours that results to providing consequential performance data to the DC leaders.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the LM Engineer in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Execute Labor Management System daily maintenance tasks.
• Match DC Kronos hours with LM labor hours in coordination with the Area Managers.
• Resolve errors in LMS in coordination with the Engineering Team and the Operations Team.
• Publish Manhattan LM reports and other Excel based reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain LM Boards throughout the DC.
• Support the IT Team when needed in WM/LM Employee setup configuration.
• Interact efficiently and effectively with other departments as needed to resolve LM data discrepancies.
• Ensure that the management team is provided with accurate, timely and relevant reporting and key performance indicators and additional assistance as needed.
• Support the Engineering Team in Labor Management and/or Engineering projects that supports the success and effectivity of the DC
• Assist in trainings for all levels of operations to have an understanding of labor management
• Assist in process improvement projects from identification through implementation
• Complete process and condition audits to ensure areas are setup properly to support process compliance
• From identification to implementation, complete analysis utilizing data available in various system to identify areas of opportunity to improve performance
• Distribute communication material for presentation to senior leadership about current status of program or potential improvement opportunities.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job

Scope

• Organizational Scope – Oversight of assigned day to day LMS maintenance for data integrity
• Travel up to 5%
• Equipment Used – computer, printer, copier

The anticipated rate for this position is $27.50-$30.50per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
