Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Labor Foreman to perform basic installation of materials on our sites. You will coordinate tasks, produce schedules, and supervise crew.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of construction experience, with ability to read drawings and lead teams in a high-stress environment. You'll ensure safety and quality standards and report progress to the Superintendent.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• In-depth understanding of construction principles and procedures
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Strong problem solving skills
• Willingness to work in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
• Ability to work in a team environment
• OSHA 10 hour certified ( will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary)
