Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Labor Foreman to supervise daily construction activities on site. You will coordinate tasks, monitor crew attendance, allocate responsibilities, and train workers to ensure efficient progress and safety compliance.
The role requires reading construction drawings, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to operate in a high-stress environment with weather fluctuations.
The Labor Foreman performs basic installation of materials on a construction site.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION - High school diploma or GED, 2+ years of construction experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES - In-depth understanding of construction principles and procedures; Ability to read construction drawings; Excellent organizational and leadership skills; Ability to communicate and report effectively; Strong problem solving skills; Willingness to work in high‑stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations; Ability to work in a team environment; OSHA 10‑hour certified (will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary).
Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. The pay ranges from $27.56- $34.50 plus benefits and retirement program.
