Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking personnel for on-site housekeeping and basic labor support at construction sites. The role involves cleaning, debris removal, site trailers sanitation, and assisting carpenters and masons as directed by the Foreperson.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, construction experience preferred, and be willing to obtain OSHA 10 certification if needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• High school diploma or GED
• Construction experience preferred
• Or equal combination of education and experience
• OSHA 10 hour certified recommended, (Next 150 Construction will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary)
• Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
• Willingness to work in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
• Ability to work in a team environment

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. The pay ranges from $19.50- $23.50 plus benefits and retirement program.
