Eden Rose USA, a respected California labor and employment law firm, seeks an experienced attorney to join a growing practice in a fully remote role. The candidate will handle complex employment matters and wage-and-hour disputes for employer clients.

This position offers a high compensation package with a base salary up to $300,000 plus bonus and benefits, and the chance to develop and grow within a trusted firm while not needing a portable book of business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in California labor and employment law.
• Experience handling wage-and-hour disputes, employment discrimination, and harassment.
• PAGA exposure is a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop effective litigation strategies and manage complex employment matters.
• Fully remote working arrangement.

Requirements

• at least 6 years Experience in California labor and employment law.
• Experience handling wage-and-hour disputes, employment discrimination, and harassment matters.
• Some exposure to California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters is a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop effective litigation strategies and manage complex employment matters.
• Base salary of $300,000+ plus bonus and benefits.
