Location: Hybrid position based in LA, California
Salary range: $200,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr + Benefits (based on skills and experience)
Minimum Education: Juris Doctor
Admission to the California Bar is required.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of labor & employment defense litigation experience, specializing in California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases. The role requires someone adept at drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.
The candidate should possess stellar academic credentials, robust writing and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic setting. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can work both independently and collaboratively.
