Responsibilities

• Manage litigation workload defending employers in single-plaintiff and complex cases.
• Lead wage and hour class actions, focusing on PAGA.
• Draft briefs, motions, and pleadings with detail.
• Support all phases of the litigation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with a team to solve legal problems.
