Duties

• Handle employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions.
• Manage single-plaintiff employment matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.
• Oversee all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Strong understanding of California labor and employment laws, including FEHA, Title VII, and PAGA.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
