Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Employment Attorney in Georgia to advise and represent cities, counties, and public authorities on employment law matters. You will handle cases from counseling through litigation and help shape policies for government clients.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of employment law experience.

• Advise and represent local government entities on employment law matters including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and related litigation.
• Handle matters from initial counsel through administrative proceedings and litigation as needed.
• Support government clients on policy development, employment practices, and compliance with state and federal employment law.
• Work alongside experienced government law attorneys on complex matters governed by local, state, and federal law.
• Serve a recession-resistant client base with consistent workflow across economic cycles.
