  • Manage a diverse caseload of labor and employment litigation from inception through resolution.

  • Handle discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and related proceedings.
  • Develop litigation strategy and work toward favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals on complex matters.
  • Maintain responsibility for case management, deadlines, and overall litigation strategy.

Position Overview:

A well-established full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta, Georgia office.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of labor and employment experience and a strong background handling litigation matters, including matters from initial assessment through resolution. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent legal research and writing skills, and the ability to independently manage case files.

Key Responsibilities:
