Our client, a thriving AmLaw 50 firm, has asked us to find a strong mid-level associate to join its Employment Litigation practice in New York City. This is an UNPOSTED opportunity to join a highly regarded firm with a sophisticated employment practice and a collaborative, collegial culture.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-6 years of employer-side employment litigation experience
• Experience representing employers in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies, with matters involving discrimination, harassment, trade secrets, whistleblower claims, and related employment disputes
• Class action experience, including wage-and-hour collective actions, is a plus
• 1,800 client billable hour expectation
• Flexible in-office policy — no set number of days required
• Admission to the New York Bar, or ability to become licensed in New York
• Relocation candidates welcome
