Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney for our Richmond, VA office. The attorney will provide employment-law guidance and support across HR and compliance matters, while actively participating in litigation.

Requirements include a JD, Virginia Bar admission, 2+ years of employment-law experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on state and federal employment laws.
• Prepare and review employment-related documents.
• Support clients in HR, DEI, and compliance matters.
• Execute all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial.
• Monitor and advise on relevant legislation and case law.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Organize and manage client files effectively.
