Jobot is seeking a labor and employment litigation attorney in Los Angeles. The firm handles a broad range of practices at a nationwide level and offers a hybrid work schedule with competitive benefits.

The role involves representing clients in employment matters, managing complex cases from inception to resolution, conducting legal research, and collaborating with colleagues. The position is with Jobot, a well-regarded firm with strong client service expectations.

Formación

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar and in good standing.
• 4+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour, class action, single plaintiff, PAGA, and/or FEHA.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in labor and employment matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination.
• Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and participating in trials and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking, client meetings, and presentations.

Educación

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
