We seek attorneys who can handle both single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff matters, defend wage-and-hour, discrimination, and retaliation claims, and contribute from day one with strong client interaction and business acumen.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of management-side employment litigation experience.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong legal writer with practical, business-minded judgment.
• Looking to build a long-term practice, not just manage a docket.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff employment matters from early case strategy through resolution.
• Defend claims including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour disputes.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Advise employer clients on litigation risk, strategy, and resolution.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
