Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of employment-related litigation experience.
• Experience in single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff matters, class and collective actions.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• In good standing in California.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage/hour disputes.
• Prepare pleadings, manage discovery, and assist with trial and dispositive motions.
